How do I create my own league?

Detail: Create your own private league. Invite friends and customize your league options

Step 1:

From the MatKings.com home page, click on 'Create New League'

Step 2:

Enter your league name, event (this can be any future dual, conference or national tournament) and payment details.

Step 3:

Click on the My Rosters page and click the link with your new league name. The commissioner will automatically receive one entry into the league.

Go to the Rules page and find your invitation code. Send this code to whoever you want to join the league. You can

How do I join a private league?

Detail: If you receive a join code from your commissioner

Step 1:

Go to MatKings.com and register or log in if you already have an account

Step 2:

Go to the home page and enter your join code into the box and click Join

Step 3:

You should see a message that you joined the league with a link to edit your roster. Or you can click on 'My Rosters' and click on the league name.

How do I stop MatKings.com emails from going to spam?

Detail:

Step 1:

Open a web browser and go to your mail site
like Gmail Yahoo Apple/iCloud
or Open your email app your mobile device

Step 2:

Open the Spam/Junk folder

Step 3:

Select any MatKings.com email in the Spam/Junk folder

Step 4:

Click 'Not Spam' or 'Report as Not Spam' or similar option

How do I join a public league?

Detail:

Step 1:

Click on 'Contests' on the main header

Step 2:

Click on the contest you wish to enter

Step 3:

Make the payment if the contest has an entry fee. Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal are payment options.

Step 4:

Edit your roster by going to the 'My Rosters' page and clicking the Entries link

How do payouts work for public leagues

Detail: MatKings.com handles the payouts for our public leagues

Step 1:

You will get an email from MatKings.com, click the link in the email or go directly to your profile and click 'Pending Payouts' (there may be some delay after a contest to verify scoring) and then click 'Verify'

Step 2:

Choose your payout type Check, Venmo or Paypal (if applicable, some prizes are digital), enter any details and click 'Complete My Payout'

Step 3:

Click on 'Save these values as the default for future payouts?' if you want this detail to default the next time since you win a lot. This detail will save to your profile.

Step 4:

Your payment will be received usually within 24 hours

How do payouts work for private leagues?

Step 1:

Your commissioner will handle all payouts for your private league

Step 2:

Your league may use the payout section to display your league's prizes but hte verification process is not necessary for private leagues

MatKings.com is not responsible for any private league shenanigans or tomfoolery.

How do I login with my username and password

Detail: Standard log in with your username and password

Step 1:

Click on 'Login' on the green menu bar which should appear if you are not already logged in. You must be registered to login.

Step 2:

Enter your username and password. This detail may pre-fill data from your browser if you choose to use that functionality but MatKings.com doesn't control that. If you are coming over from FantasyGrade.com your username & password will work here.

Step 3:

Click Login and you will see a green message if you were successful and a red message if you credentials did not match

How do I log out?

Detail:

Step 1:

If you are logged in you will see a red Logout icon in the page footer. click that and you will be logged out.

What if I forgot my password?

Detail: Password reset

Step 1:

Click the Password Reset option in the green menu bar - if you do not see the green bar then you are logged in. Enter the email address you used to register with and click Send Password Reset Email. You will see a red message if the email address cannot be found.

Step 2:

Open your email and click the link in the email. If you do not receive this message check your spam folder. Also set the email in the spam folder as 'Not Spam' so you receive this in the future.

Step 3:

You confirmation code will automatically attempt to verify and you should see 2 boxes to enter and verify your new password

Can I log in with a one-time password?

Detail: Yes we can send you a code to your email or phone which you can use to login with.

Step 1:

Click 'One-time Password' in the green menu bar. If you do not see the green menu bar then you are logged in already.

Step 2:

Enter either and email address or phone number. ** Phone numbers must be pre-verified to your account before using this option.

Step 3:

You will get an 6 digit code via email or SMS text message. Enter this in place of your password and you will be able to log in. The code only lasts for 5 minutes.

How do I register for an account?

Detail:

Step 1:

Click 'Register' in the green bar. If you do not see the green bar then you are already logged in. To register a new account log out first.

Step 2:

Enter your email address and click Register. If your email address is in the correct format and you pass a third-party verification process you will receive an email with a link. You will be logged in at this point. Your username/password credentials will be sent to you which you can change later. You can now join or create leagues.
